I had just finished Crowder's new book on "the soul", and was browsing through world-over-taking-insanely-low-priced-Walmart when I came upon not one, but two magazines boasting incredulous covers. WIRED Magazine, "The New Atheism: No Heaven. No Hell. Just Science." And then, US News & World Report, "Is There Room For The Soul?"

Call it motivated, agitated, frustrated, shocked, or inspired - but another piece of my life-puzzle has fallen clearly into place: to proclaim that there is indeed a soul. Sounds simple, but after reading those three pieces of work, you'll know what I mean.

Well - Its interesting - the soul is where Satan attacks when were saved - because our Spirit is then in God. The soul is what gives each of us personality and where emotional stuff happens - the world is really screwed up...
its really sad - thats why the Bible says that we are in this world but not of it.

Live by that thought - it should help!

Oh another good book to read on how we are made up of body soul and spirit is "Spiritual Man" by Watchman Nee! its really an excellent yet challenging read!

I started reading the US News and World Report story at the doctors, yet I did not get to finish it. The soul has always fascinated me...I have always believed we have one and we continue on somehow after death. There is actually a really interesting documentary I saw on the Science Channel about string theory and how if solved it will prove the existance of other dimensions. It is all so awesome. The universe is my inspiration...

that's pretty awesome - yea, string theory is one wild deal, very fascinating. All that stuff is so intriguing.

It truely is. I have experienced many things in my life that prove the physical world we see is much more intricate than we are led to believe. Most people think I am crazy though...but hey, it adds to my charm! There is something much greater controling us...yes we have free will, but some things are just predetermined...and we cannot get away from them.
